After speaking with a few others it was clear he was the right choice for us. He instinctively understood our unique vision as first time home owners with big dreams and he has definitely helped them become a reality. He gave us wonderful guidance and tons of information but never was pushy and it always felt he had our wants and needs in mind. He helped us tour so many homes so we could see all our options, he was always quick to respond and he provided the knowledge and expertise needed to help us find the best home that aligned perfectly with our aspirations. He has provided so much insight that will help us well into the future. We could not have asked for a better realtor. He and his whole team truly treated us as family and we are excited to continue to do business with them for all future real estate needs. Highly recommended!Read more

He went way above my expectations, negotiating the best deal for my new home purchase, plus he got me the extra buyer closing concession perks I would've never even asked for. Every aspect of both transactions went smoothly, and all my questions were answered. You're not just getting one agent with them. You have an entire team working to find you your dream home and facilitate the entire process for you all the way to the finish line. I will be using JD and DelaBerry for all my real estate ventures from here on out!Read more

Shayla is an amazing RN turned real estate agent. She has delivered the same kindness, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail as a business woman that I witnessed her provide as a fellow RN. It has been wonderful working with her in a different area of life real estate. Letty was fantastic to work with! It took us 6 months to find what we were looking for. Her diligence and patience made her so easy to work with! Love the DelaBerry group! We made some great friends along the way! Thanks!

Letty has sold two of my homes which weren’t easy sales but she is determined, persistent and patient. She also helped me find my perfect home and made sure the purchase price was fair. Highly recommend DelaBerry Realty Group for anyone looking to purchase or sale, best realtor ever!
